With over 17 years’ experience in private practice, I offer a space for self-inquiry, integration, and recuperation. My working methods are informed by training in Specialised Kinesiology, Earth-honoring ancestral practices, Systemic and Family Constellations and trauma-cognisant work.
I am curious about inner dynamics, outer energetics, and how the two correlate. An awareness of transgenerational wounding and collective trauma shapes my work and fuels my interest in learning and facilitating,

Nature is a source of inspiration in my life. I revere the living world, honor the ancestral and unseen realms, and respect diverse belief systems. I am comfortable in the territory of mystery.

In our work together, I seek to balance body, mind, heart, and essence, supporting the integration and unfolding of all that you are. The knowing that we can live in good relation with ourselves, each other, the Earth, and the Sacred permeates my being and my work.

I facilitate both individual and group constellations.

Sessions are offered in person and online. Languages include German, English, Dutch and Italian.
