As an organisational psychologist, I have been working in the corporate and public sector
fields for over 25 years, and integrate constellations work with change management,
organisational development and strategic systems consulting. I run constellation workshop,
and training from Foundation level through to the Advanced level. The Foundation training is
a deep personal learning journey – experientially integrated and theoretically based –
creating a sound framework for personal work, and business development and skills. The
systems training covers aspects of coaching, consulting and constellations facilitation work.
My work focus is on coaching and consulting. I present at conferences locally and
internationally, have published, and am a part time lecturer, examiner and supervisor.
