Systems Constellations Association of Southern Africa
SCASA is a membership community of Family, Systems and Organisational Constellations facilitators. Members undertake comprehensive training, follow an ethical code, continue professional and personal development, and remain accountable to their peers.
Constellation work explores relationships and patterns within families, organisations and wider systems, including dynamics across generations. Sessions may take place individually or in a group with a facilitator. Organisational constellations apply this approach to businesses, teams and groups.
